Notes

When sending inspirational photos please note: Inspiration photos are strictly for inspirational purposes only.  

WE WILL NOT COMPLETELY MIMIC ANOTHER ARTISTS WORK!!

We specialize in buttercream cakes and cupcakes that can be decorated with fondant accents. At this time we do not offer fully covered fondant cakes. 

​

* Minimum Orders

 

2 dozen item minimum required for all treat and cupcake orders (ok to order 1 dozen treats and 1 dozen cupcakes). Smash cake must be ordered with at least 1 dozen treat items. Single Custom Cake Order (6" or greater) allowed.

 

 

Pricing

All pricing displayed for custom treats are a STARTING price! Final pricing will include all customizations, flavors, delivery, set-up, etc.

Payments

We request orders are placed 2-3 weeks before date needed. Anything ordered with less than a weeks notice, if we are available will incur a 20%  Rush Fee and payment will be required on date of invoice to secure booking.

​

A 50% deposit is due within 48 hours of invoice. This is the only way to secure date and time of order. The Remaining Balance is Due 7 days before pick-up/delivery.

Specific Payment information will be displayed on both the order form and invoice. Please read carefully as failure to do so may incur additional charges.​

Deliveries/Pick-ups

Delivery Fee is available depending on location and availability.

​

Delivery Fee starts at $15 and total amount is based on location.

​

Pick-ups start at 9 am. Deliveries will typically start at 10 am (can be earlier or later depending on pickups for the day).

​

Pick-ups will either be in the Beach Park or Gurnee area.

* Communication

Our preferred form of communication is through email. We do answer some general questions on our social media pages, however, custom order inquires and follow-up questions will be sent through email. If there is communication via telephone, we will send a follow-up email discussing topics of conversation for clarity. We do have availablity to send our client portal with invoice and payment options through as a text as a less preferred option.
